Gentile Cliente,

ai sensi della normativa vigente in materia di protezione dei dati personali (Regolamento UE n. 679 del 2016), desideriamo informarla che i trattamenti dei Suoi dati personali sono effettuati con correttezza e trasparenza, per fini leciti e tutelando la sua riservatezza ed i Suoi diritti.

I trattamenti sono effettuati anche con l’ausilio di mezzi informatici per le seguenti finalità:

  1. per acquisire e confermare la sua prenotazione di servizi di alloggio e servizi accessori, e per fornire i servizi richiesti. Trattandosi di trattamenti necessari per la definizione dell’accordo contrattuale e per la sua successiva attuazione, non è richiesto il Suo consenso, tranne nel caso in cui siano conferiti dati particolari, cosiddetti sensibili. In caso di rifiuto a conferire i dati personali, non potremo confermare la prenotazione o fornirle i servizi richiesti. Il trattamento cesserà alla Sua partenza, ma alcuni Suoi dati personali potranno o dovranno continuare ad essere trattati per le finalità e con le modalità indicate nei punti successivi;
  2. per adempiere all’obbligo previsto dal “Testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza” (articolo 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773) che ci impone di comunicare alla Questura, per fini di pubblica sicurezza, le generalità dei clienti alloggiati secondo le modalità stabilite dal Ministero dell’Interno (Decreto 7 gennaio 2013). Il conferimento dei dati è obbligatorio e non richiede il Suo consenso, ed in caso di rifiuto a fornirli non potremo ospitarla nella nostra struttura. I dati acquisiti per tale finalità non vengono da noi conservati, a meno che non ci fornisca il consenso alla conservazione come previsto al punto 4;
  3. per adempiere ai vigenti obblighi amministrativi, contabili e fiscali. Per tali finalità il trattamento è effettuato senza necessità di acquisire il Suo consenso. I dati sono trattati da noi e da nostri incaricati, e vengono comunicati all’esterno solo in adempimento ad obblighi di legge. In caso di rifiuto a conferire i dati necessari per gli adempimenti sopra indicati, non potremo fornirle i servizi richiesti. I dati acquisiti per tali finalità vengono da noi conservati per il tempo previsto dalle rispettive normative (dieci anni, e anche oltre in caso di accertamenti fiscali);
  4. per accelerare le procedure di registrazione in caso di Suoi successivi soggiorni presso la nostra struttura. Per tale finalità, previa acquisizione del Suo consenso revocabile in qualsiasi momento, i Suoi dati saranno conservati per il periodo massimo di dieci anni e saranno utilizzati quando sarà nuovamente nostro ospite per le finalità di cui ai punti precedenti;
  5. per espletare la funzione di ricevimento di messaggi e telefonate a Lei indirizzati durante il Suo soggiorno. Per tale eventuale finalità è necessario il Suo consenso. Potrà revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento. Il trattamento cesserà comunque alla sua partenza;
  6. per inviarLe nostri messaggi promozionali e aggiornamenti sulle tariffe e sulle offerte praticate. Per tale finalità, previa acquisizione del Suo consenso, i Suoi dati saranno conservati per il periodo massimo di dieci anni e non saranno comunicati a terzi. Potrà revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento.
  7. per finalità connesse alla fornitura dei servizi ristorativi da Lei richiesti (a titolo esemplificativo: richiedere informazioni, ottenere preventivi, effettuare pagamenti, acquistare beni e riceverli presso un domicilio da Lei indicato, effettuare una prenotazione, scambiare documenti). Inoltre, i dati da Lei forniti, potrebbero essere trattati, solo su Suo esplicito consenso, al fine di inviarLe comunicazioni di natura commerciale via email o sms relativamente ai servizi offerti dal Titolare. Nel primo caso, la base giuridica del trattamento è l’esecuzione di un accordo; nel secondo caso è il consenso. I trattamenti avverranno con modalità elettroniche e verranno messi a disposizione delle terze parti (Responsabili Esterni del trattamento) nell’ambito dell’Unione Europea o in Paesi extra UE, regolarmente contrattualizzate e che offrono adeguate garanzie di sicurezza, necessarie per la fornitura di servizi essenziali al soddisfacimento delle Sue esigenze. Tali Responsabili Esterni, il cui elenco è disponibile dietro richiesta, possono appartenere a categorie di soggetti che supportano il Titolare nell’erogazione dei servizi offerti tramite il sito internet (quali, a titolo esemplificativo: sviluppatori software e gestori di siti web, spedizionieri). Le informazioni da lei inserite nel form del ns sito internet (compreso il suo indirizzo email) potranno essere comunicate a una società terza che agirà in qualità di Responsabile esterno e che supporta il Titolare nella gestione del sito e nell’evasione della sua richiesta. Nel caso di richiesta di cancellazione dei suoi dati, La informiamo che potrebbe non essere più possibile continuare a fornirLe il servizio richiestoci.

Desideriamo inoltre informarla che il Regolamento europeo le riconosce alcuni diritti, tra cui il diritto di accesso e di rettifica, o di cancellazione o di limitazione o di opposizione al trattamento, oltre al diritto alla portabilità dei dati, se ed in quanto applicabili (articoli da 15 a 22 del Regolamento UE n. 679 del 2016). Può inoltre proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo, secondo le procedure previste dalla normativa vigente.

Dear Customer,

in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights .

The treatments are also carried out with the aid of IT means for the following purposes:

  1. to acquire and confirm your booking of accommodation and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. Since these are treatments necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in the case where particular, so-called sensitive data are provided. In case of refusal to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm the booking or provide the requested services. The treatment will cease on your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;
  2. to fulfill the obligation set out in the “Consolidated Law on Public Security Laws” (article 109 of RD 18.6.1931 n. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public safety purposes, the details of the customers accommodated according to methods established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of 7 January 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and in case of refusal to provide it, we will not be able to host it in our facility. The data acquired for this purpose are not stored by us, unless you consent to the conservation as provided in point 4;
  3. to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes, the processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. The data are processed by us and by our representatives, and are communicated externally only in compliance with legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the aforementioned obligations, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are kept by us for the time required by the respective regulations (ten years, and even more in the case of tax assessments);
  4. to speed up the registration procedures in case of subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, after obtaining your revocable consent at any time, your data will be kept for a maximum period of ten years and will be used when you will be our guest again for the purposes referred to in the previous points;
  5. to carry out the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to her during her stay. For this possible purpose, your consent is required. You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, the treatment will cease on your departure;
  6. to send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent, your data will be kept for a maximum period of ten years and will not be disclosed to third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  7. for purposes related to the provision of catering services requested by you (for example: requesting information, obtaining quotes, making payments, purchasing goods and receiving them at a domicile indicated by you, making a reservation, exchanging documents). Furthermore, the data you provide may be processed, only with your explicit consent, in order to send you commercial communications via email or sms relating to the services offered by the Owner. In the first case, the legal basis of the processing is the execution of an agreement; in the second case it is consent. The treatments will take place electronically and will be made available to third parties (external data processors) within the European Union or in non-EU countries, regularly contracted and offering adequate security guarantees, necessary for the provision of essential services. to meet your needs. These External Managers, whose list is available upon request, may belong to categories of subjects who support the Owner in providing the services offered through the website (such as, for example: software developers and website managers, shippers). The information you enter in the form of our website (including your email address) may be communicated to a third party company that will act as an external manager and who supports the owner in managing the site and in processing your request. In the event of a request for the cancellation of your data, we inform you that it may no longer be possible to continue to provide you with the service requested.We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or of cancellation or limitation or opposition to the processing, in addition to the right to data portability, if and insofar as applicable (articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016).
